Figure 17 shows the device in auto-retry mode with no current limiting jumpers applied (very high R
ILIM
value). The retry time is around 11.1 ms for this setup. Figure 18 shows the device in auto-retry mode with
J3 asserted on the TPS2553Q1EVM. The retry time is around 3.7 ms for this setup. Note that the device
in
Figure 18 is in auto-retry mode, as well as performing thermal cycling because of the overcurrent level
present.
