2 TMP102EVM Hardware Setup
Figure 2 shows the overall system setup for the TMP102EVM. The PC runs software that communicates
with the SM-USB-DIG platform. The SM-USB-DIG platform generates the digital signals used to
communicate with the TMP102 test board. The SM-USB-DIG and TMP102EVM are easily connectable
through a 10-pin, board-to-board connector that should be attached to the SM-USB-DIG platform and the
TMP102EVM PCBs. Once these two boards are connected, simply plug the USB device from the
SM-USB-DIG into the computer as shown in
Figure 2 .
