0000b = V(R+) = AVCC, V(R-) = AVSS
0001b = V(R+) = VREF buffered, V(R-) = AVSS
0010b to 1101b = Reserved
1110b = V(R+) = VeREF+, V(R-) = VeREF-
1111b = V(R+) = VeREF+ buffered, V(R-) = VeREF-
It is recommended to connect VeREF- to on-board ground when VeREF- is
selected for V(R-).
