This value is used to generate the TIMEMARK C event by
comparing with the ASQ timer counter value. TIMEMARK_C value
[15:0] are compared to ASQ Timer Counter [15:0]
TIMEMARK C event is to apply Rx bias to the PGA input channel.
The Rx bias should be appled before the signal arrives at the input
channel. The time between C and D is for the Rx bias settling time.
The minimum value is two.
