1.2.11 Scaler (SC)
The scaler module is used to resize YCbCr422 video images.
1.2.11.1 Features

1.2.11.2 Functional Description
Scaler takes in a 10-bit YCbCr 422 video frame from an upstream module, performs vertical/horizontal
scaling, and outputs a YCbCr422 scaled image to a next downstream module. All configurations are done
via the MMR interface except for the scaler coefficient memory configuration that is done via the common
VPI control interface bus by VPDMA.
