9.3.1 Position Counter Input Modes
Clock and direction input to position counter is selected using QDECCTL[QSRC] bits, based on interface
input requirement as follows:

Quadrature-count mode
•
Direction-count mode
•
UP-count mode
•
DOWN-count mode
