4. Assembly
Take trolley and all of the parts out of the carton.
Press the wheel release button and as-
semble wheels. L in the left side. R on
the right side.
Put the battery on the black bag and place the
terminals on the same side of the wire access
hole located on the bag.
Put the wires through the hole in the battery bag
from the outside to the inside.
Put the red cap onto the red wire and the black
cap onto the black wire.
Place a washer and the a screw into the battery
terminal connection with the screw head on the
inside.
Take a screw and put a flat washer on it, then
put the terminal wire onto the screw. Next, put
the screw through the terminal connection on
the battery. Put a lock washer on the other side
of the terminal connection, then place the nut on
the screw and tighten. The heads on the screws
should face the outside of the battery.
Zip the battery bag closed.
The fuse is fitted on the wiring.
