Troubleshooting
The following advice should help you to solve problems. If this does not help,
you will find useful information in the detailed FAQs on our website. Otherwise,
please contact our hotline (see page 4). Take note of the warranty instruc-
tions.

Set up the Holist M and/or external
player in another location. Move to
another room to test.

It is possible that Holist M does not have a Wi-Fi signal or it is too
weak.
Place the Holist M closer to the router, try alternative setup loca-
tions.
As a test, refrain from using repeaters. If applicable, use an audio
stream with low resolution.
