 • DecoderStation 6

You can set the functions of the DecoderStation 6 via 
the menu. To use the menu:

1. Switch the DecoderStation 6 and your TV-set on.

2. On the TV set, select the DecoderStation 6 as a 

source.

3. Push the dial

 for approx. three seconds or briefly

. The main menu will appear 

on the connected TV set and on the display panel

If the on-screen menu appears in German, you can 
change the on-screen menu language to English (the 
display panel

 always displays English text):

1. Select the item “SYSTEM SETUP”.

2. Select the item “D/E”.

3. Select the item “English”.

The onscreen menu will now switch to English.

4. Push the RETURN button

Menu functions

“Tuner” menu

This menu is only available in radio mode (FM).

Preset

Here, you can switch the station memory slots with 
the navigation buttons

Frequency

To set the receiving frequency, start by turning the dial

 or pushing the navigation buttons

 to 

scan through the stations in the desired direction; the 
scan will stop automatically as soon as a station with 
sufficient signal strength is found.

 Mode

With stereo stations with a weak signal, a bothersome 
noise may be heard; you can eliminate it by switching 
to mono.

Auto Stereo

If there is sufficient signal strength, 
the device will automatically switch to 
stereo.

Mono

Continuous mono reception.

Memory Store

With this, you can save radio stations to the 30 sta-
tion memory slots.

• Current frequency

Briefly push the dial (4) or the • button 

(35)

 to 

save the currently selected station to the next free 
station memory slot.

Attention:

 If all memory slots are occupied, the 

station will automatically be saved to program slot 
1. Otherwise, you will have to clear a memory slot 
before (see the item below).

•  APS

With this, you can automatically occupy the station 
memory slots. Respond to “OK?” by briefly pushing 
the dial

. The device will 

automatically save the first 30 stations. Occupied 
memory slots will be deleted in the process.

 Memory  Erase

• Select “Current Slot?” to erase only the currently 

selected station memory slot.

• Select “All Slots” to erase all station memory slots.
