The maintenance of the
filter is extremely easy: No
need to rinse out the filter
media, no wet hands!

Handling
Installation and Operation
Unpack the filter cartridges
and place them as shown in
the picture
(picture 1)
. Insert
filter cartridge in slots and
slide the cartridge all the
way down until seated on the
bottom.
Attention: The green side
of the filter cartridge has to
point at the inner surface of
the filter (to the pump).
White side: coarse filter,
green side = fine filter
Place the filter in a corner of
your aqua-terrarium, close
the lid
(picture 2)
and fill in
water until the water level is
between the markings “Min.
Water Level” and “Max.
Water Level”
(picture 3).
Put the power plug into the
socket. When the device is
connected to power supply
the water flows out of the
upper filter hole.
Care and Maintenance
Important:
Unplug the
unit from the mains
before carrying out any
maintenance activities.
This appliance can be
used by children aged from
8 years and above and
persons with
reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and
knowledge if they
have been given supervision
or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a
safe way and
understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be
made by children without
supervision.
The supply cord cannot
be replaced. If the cord is
damaged the appliance
should be
scrapped.
Cleaning and Changing
For crystal clear water the
filter cartridge (EasyCrystal
Filter Pack) should be
replaced every 2-4 weeks.
In order to change the
EasyCrystal Filter Pack
cartridges unplug the power
