The product does not work. Check electricity connection. The mains voltage must be 220-240V and
the product must be connected to an earth
socket.
The lamp does not work. Check electricity connection. The mains voltage must be 220-240V and
the product must be connected to an earth
socket.
The lamp does not work. Check electricity connection. Lamp switch must be in the “on” position.
The lamp does not work. Check lamps. The product lamps must not be faulty.
The product air inlet is weak. Check aluminum filter. The aluminum cartridge filter must be
washed at least once a month under normal
conditions.

the carbon filter must be replaced once
