TROUBLESHOOTING

USB CONNECTION

1. Inspect the USB port for dust or

debris; remove or clean out port

2. Restart your computer
3. Try plugging the TS089 into a

different USB port on your computer

4. Plug the TS089 device into a different

computer

5. Try plugging in a different USB

device; i.e. USB storage ‘thumb drive’
and see if it works

6. Try a different text editor, such as

Notepad
