OPERATION

STAGE 1

Clean your skin.
Using a damp towel, clean then dry your skin.
Avoid areas with dense hair growth.

STAGE 2

Clip the electrode onto the electro-stimulator.
Remove the electrodes from the box.
Make sure that the device is switched off.
Clip the electrodes to the electro-stimulator.
Never remove the electrodes from the skin when the device is switched on.

STAGE 3
Fitting the electrode

Remove the plastic film on the back of the electrode.
Keep the plastic film so that you can put it back onto the electrode
at the end of the session.
