FOR STEAM IRONING
• Rest the appliance on a firm flat surface.
• Place the iron on base (2) of boiler shell (1).
• Fill up the water tank (17) as described in the previous paragraph.
• Completely unwind the power cord (9) and monotube (8) and plug into the outlet.
• To switch on the appliance, press pushbutton (4), bringing it to the ON (I) position.
• The green pilot light (5) will light on to show that the boiler is heating: ONLY WHEN
THE GREEN LAMP (6) LIGHTS ON, THE APPLIANCE IS READY FOR STEAM
IRONING.
• Turn the iron temperature control knob (14) to the steam ironing position.
• The pilot light (11) on the iron will go on immediately and will go out a few minutes
later, when the required temperature is reached.
• During operation, the iron light (11) goes on and then automatically goes out

SETTING IRON TEMPERATURE
Turn the iron temperature control knob (14) in order to select to the indicator (13),
a temperature suitable for the type of tissues to be ironed.
HOW TO FILL TANK (17) WITH WATER
• Remove water tank (17) from base (1) by gripping its
slot at the bottom and pulling outward.
• Fill water tank (17) through the hole with tap water
(a). At first use, rinse the tank in order to remove any
manufactory dirt or residual.
• Fill the tank (17) exclusively with tap water, without
exceeding the maximum level indicated by MAX.
• Never add parfumes, chemical additives or descalers.
• Re-insert water tank (17) in its place making sure that it is fully inserted into the
base (1)
• During use, the empty water tank is indicated by the green indicator light (7) that
light on.
