ON FIRST USE
• Before using the appliance, wash all the parts that come into contact with food.
(see Cleaning paragraph).
WARNING!
Handle the blade-holder (5) with care since they are very sharp.
PUTTING INTO OPERATION
•
Place the appliance body (2) on a flat surface and fully extended the power cord (7)
being careful not to let it hang from the surface.
• Make sure that the power cord plug (8) is disconnected from the power outlet.
• Put the ingredients to blend, mix or homogenize in the jug (4).
• Insert the blade holder (5) on the jug and screw it firmly turning clockwise.
• Turn upside down the jug (4) complete of blades (4) and insert it on the jug seat (3),
aligning the triangle symbol marked on the blade holder (5) with the ones marked on
the edge of the appliance body (2) (fig. 1). Then turn the jug group clockwise until it is
completely hooked to the appliance body (2) (fig. 2).
• Connect the plug (8) to the socket outlet.
• Operate the appliance by pressing the push button (1).
• To switch off the appliance and stop food processing, release the push-button (1),
wait until the blades have completely stopped before removing the jug (4) and
disconnect the plug (8) from the power outlet.
• If you need to add ingredients during food processing, switch off the appliance and
unhook the jag (4) with blades from appliance body by turning it counter clockwise. Lift
and turn the jug upside down. Remove the blade holder (5):
insert the ingredients,
reassemble the blade holder (5) and refit the jug on its seat (3) of the appliance body.
• At the end of operation, after removing the blade holder (5), if necessary it is
possible to leave the food in the jug (4) and assemble the lid (6) which is equipped
with an rubber stopper. The operations for assembling the lid on the jug are the same
as those for the blade holder (5).
ADVICES
• The solid ingredients (fruits, vegetables ...) must be cut into cubes, approximately
2x2 cm in size, before being introduced into the glass.

Before operating the appliance, pour in the glass half of the liquids included in your
recipe (e.g., milk, soup ...) and add the remaining half during processing
.
