or computer screen in Presentation mode:
Network equipment Firewall
Windows Firewall
Third-party software based firewall
1. Network equipment Firewall
If WiD series Please open the below ports which WPS application is required.
Inbound: UDP 1047,1048,1049 TCP:1041
Outbound: TCP 443, 389, 3286 , 8080, 21, 515
2. Windows Firewall
Please check the firewall in
Control Panel->Windows Firewall
If Firewall is OFF then there would not be problem in Video Playback.
If Firewall is ON then click on Exception tab.
Check the exceptions, to see if there is
WPS or WPS-Video
present in the list. If
present then put a check-mark in front
of it. When WPS application from WiD
device or provided USB-stick (with
WiD130 or WiD121 only) is installed the
firewall exception is added and
selected automatically unless there are
group network policies preventing that.
If
WPS or WPS-Video
is not present the
exception list, press the “Add Program”
button to add it to the list and follow
instructions.
Once WPS-Video.exe is added from
C:/Program Files/WPS-Video make sure it
appears in Exception list and there is a
check-mark in front of it. Click OK and start WPS application by double-clicking on
WPS-Video or WPS-ZoomPro or WPS-Pro icon.
