Assembly
Preparation
Danger Risk of injury!
Failure to follow these instruc-
tions can lead to problems and
risks while using the grill.
– Follow each assembly step described
here.
1. First, read the assembly instructions
thoroughly.
2. Allow yourself enough time for as-
sembly and find an even working
space of two to three square meters.
3. Small parts such as handles may be
preassembled.
4. Look out for sharp corners and wear
protective gloves for assembly.
Required tools
1 x Phillips screwdriver
1 x adjustable spanner/ socket wrench
Alternatively, you can use pliers instead of
a socket wrench to fasten the nuts.
Assembling the grill
1. Unpack BBQ
Unpack the BBQ and dispose of all
packaging materials. Keep the pack-
aging materials out of the reach of
children and dispose of them accord-
ing to regulations after BBQ assembly.
Refer to the pictures of the product
during assembly.
2. Installing the handle and hinge (top)
to the lid
Insert the lid handle (1) into the lid (3)
and secure it from inside using the
nuts (D). Attach the hinge (2) at the top
to the lid (3) using screws (C) and nuts
(A).
3. Installing the ventilation sheets to
the lid and fire tray
Attach the two ventilation sheets (8)
to the lid (3) and fire tray (7) using
screws (F) and cap nuts (E).
4. Installing the hinge (bottom) to the
ash tray
Attach the hinge (6) at the bottom to
the fire tray (7) using screws (C) and
nuts (A).
5. Mounting the fire tray to the stand
Place the fire tray (7) on the bottom
part (9) and connect both parts using
screws (G) and nuts (D).
6. Installing the charcoal tray and BBQ
grate
Place the charcoal tray (5) inside the
fire tray (7). Place the BBQ grate (4)
on the bracket of the fire tray.
7. Installing the lid
Place the lid (3) on the fire tray (7) in
such a way that the hinges (top and
bottom) (2,6) align on top of each
other. Insert the screw (B) through the
hinges and secure with a nut (D).
Uninstall the barbecue in reverse order.
