Before mounting the burner
After unpacking and before each use, check the product for damages. Should the product be damaged, do not use it — contact your retailer. Read
the safety instructions and instructions for use thoroughly before using the product. Doing so will allow you to use all the product‘s functions safely and
reliably.

Assembly and Preparation
Failure to follow the instructions can lead to problems and risks when using the burner.
- Follow each assembly step described here.

- Read the assembly instructions carefully.

Step 1 Remove the old tube burner
- Turn off the gas flow to your grill
- Turn off all regulators
- Remove the grill rack and flame cover on the burner you wish to replace
- Loosen the fastenings on the old tube burner and remove it
- Measure the length of the old tube burner
Step 2 Assemble the universal tube burner
- Adjust the length of the universal tube burner as exactly as possible to the length of the removed tube burner and fix the
length using the included screw. (Fig. 1)
- Set the air supply on the venturi tube (opening of tube burner). To do so, use a Phillips screwdriver to slightly loosen the screw
on the front end. Open the air supply (a gap of approx. 2mm) and then tighten the screw again. (Fig. 2)
- Slide the venturi tube on your grill’s valve. IMPORTANT: Make sure that the venturi tube rests on the valve (see illustration to
the right). (Fig. 3)
- Now fasten the end of the universal tube burner opposite the venturi tube at the intended location on your grill. Use the
included screw set and the brackets if necessary. This step may vary depending on your grill’s design. (Fig. 4)
Step 3 Test the new universal tube burner
- Follow your grill’s user manual to start it
- Test the tube burner for a few minutes and keep an eye on the flame Ideally, the flame should be approx. 25mm high and be yellowish at the tip
- Make sure that your gas grill is turned off and cooled down before you make any adjustments to the universal tube burner
- Once you have successfully tested your universal tube burner, replace the flame guard and the grill rack and enjoy your new and improved grill.
