Before returning a product for repair, please review the troubleshooting procedures foundin

To obtain authorization to return a product for repair, please call Tension Labs at (847)348-
1055. The product should be returned in the original packaging or packaged in a way to
prevent damage in shipping. Tension Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any damage caused by
shipping the product to Tension Labs. The product should be sent prepaid to:
