Upper arms

Our upper arms often have little shape and flabby, coarse skin. The cause is usually a lack of
movement and muscular work. The Sports TENS 2

can be used to carry out muscle training.

In this case too, it is all about stimulation of the circulation of blood. You have the option of treating
the front side or the reverse side of both upper arms depending on where the need is greatest.

Chest and shoulders

Building chest muscle affects posture and movement in the upper body as a whole.
