LUBRICATION
ENGINE
Check the engine oil level daily. Change the engine
oil and oil filter after every 50 hours of operation. Use
only SAE---SE/SF rated engine oil.
The following SAE---SE/SF rated oil grades are
recommended for engines during changing seasonal
temperatures:

The engine oil capacity is 3.5 qt (3.3 L) including the
oil filter.
REAR WHEEL SUPPORT
The rear wheel support pivots the rear wheel. A
grease fitting has been provided on the support
bracket for lubrication purposes. Lubricate the rear
wheel support bearing with a grease gun after every
200 hours of operation. Use a multipurpose, water
resistant, paraffin base grease with organic
thickener.

STEERING GEAR
The steering gear controls the steering arm. A
square head plug has been provided on the left side
of the steering gear to check the grease level and to
allow filling.
Check the steering grease level after every
400 hours of operation. Fill the unit with a calcium
base soap grease.
FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS
The front wheel bearings support the front half of the
machine. Inspect the bearings for contamination,
seal damage, and repack after every 400 hours of
operation. Use a multipurpose, water resistant,
paraffin base grease with organic thickener.
