TROUBLESHOOTING
Should one of the problems indicated occur, adopt the proposed solution:

The food continues to turn in
the fine mesh filter and is not
extracted.
Press the CONTRAST button to invert the direction of
rotation and free the auger from food.
Excessive pulp is accumulated in
the fine mesh filter.
Disassemble the fine mesh filter and auger between
juice extractions, and clean off all residues.
Resume the process.
Alternate between inserting fibrous vegetables and
softer food.
The appliance does not work.
Close the hopper tightly.
Juice comes out from the bottom
of the juicing container.
Fully close the silicone lever at the rear of the juicing
container.
The hopper does not close.
Check properly assembly of all the parts: juicing
container, stainless steel filter, accessory for sorbets
and sauces, and auger.
The appliance stops during
extraction.
Press the CONTRAST button to invert the direction of
rotation and free the auger from food and then resume
the process.
Extract at high speed 2 or 3.
The plastic parts stain with
vegetables, such as carrots.
Clean the plastic parts with a cloth dipped in
vegetable oil.
The display shows E1
Food is stuck in the fine mesh filter, select the
CONTRAST function to clear up the auger.
The display shows E2
Food is stuck in the fine mesh filter, if the auger
does not start spinning again after pressing the
CONTRAST function, turn the extractor off and unplug
it. Take down and clean the entire juicing unit before
starting again.
DISPOSAL
The packaging of the appliance is made of recyclable materials. Dispose of it in accordance
with the environmental protection regulations.
Pursuant to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the
crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that the appliance must be
disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and
electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the user can hand over
the appliance to the retailer when a new, equivalent one is purchased. The user can hand over
electronic products measuring less than 25 cm to retailers of electronic products having a sales
