After-sale Service
1. Three years of policy of the State shall be followed.
2. The following conditions are beyond the scope of warranty: any
damage incurred by improper use or storage of the user; any product
beyond the warranty period; any damage incurred by incorrect
installation not following the User Manual; any damage incurred by
force majeure; any damage incurred by random dismounting or
repairing by personnel not authorized by the Company.
Notes: in order to protect your rights, please pay close attention to the
following information:
1. When buying the purifier, please fill your after-sale service card
completely, correctly and accurately and affix it with the seal of the
distributor.
2. Please keep the filled and sealed user sheet of the after-sale service
card properly.
3. Valid after-sale service card is the basic guarantee for you to enjoy
your after
