CLEANING

All cleaning should be carried out when the fireplace is cold.
Only limited cleaning will be required under normal use.

Dusting may be required occasionally and at least annually to
avoid improper combustion and odors when the unit is in

operation.

Do not use any cleaning fluids to clean any part of the
fireplace. Use only mild soap and water to clean the
painted surface of the fireplace.

SERVICING

Repair and replacement work should only be done by a
qualified service person.

Always shut off the gas supply and make sure the fireplace
is cool before beginning any service operation.

Always check for gas leaks after servicing.

A list of available replacement parts follows. Always include
the correct name, part number and model number of the
fireplace when ordering service parts.
