welding cycle ends.

Excessive strength between electrodes Lower the pneumatic circuit pressure to
apply less force.

more force.

Low current Make sure the supply voltage is not lower
than 350 VAC between the input phases,
and that it does not fall by more than 10
V during spot welding; check the power
board and the transformer group of the spot

an authorised centre if the alarm continues.

ad un centro autorizzato se l'allarme persiste
Clamp thermal cut out or clamp transformer Reduce the spot welding pace. In the SMART
AUTO mode replace the caps and repeat
alignment.
Allarme termico pinza oppure allarme
trasformatore pinza
Ridurre la cadenza di puntatura. In modalità
SMART AUTO sostituire i caps e ripetere
l'allineamento.
Machine overvoltage Check the supply voltage and make sure it is
within the range of Vin +/-15%.

to respect the intermittence cycle of the
studder.

Short circuit at the clamp output Check the spot welding circuit and remove
the conductive material that puts both clamp
electrodes in contact.

il materiale conduttivo che mette in contatto
entrambi gli elettrodi della pinza.
Phase failure Check the plug and the supply outlet. Allarme mancanza fase Controllare la spina e la presa di
