Share your smartphone contacts
with your T-Voice 503 handset
You can share some or all your smart-
phone or tablet contacts using the op-
tional T-Voice app. Any shared contacts
will then be made available to all your
T-Voice enabled devices including the
T-Voice 503 handset.
To add contacts on your T-Voice 503
handset
Every entry can contain a first and
last name and up to 3 telephone
numbers (e. g. home, mobile, office).
1. Select Menu from the home
screen on your handset.
2. Select Contacts from the menu.
3. Scroll up or down to select the
required contact list
4. Select the Option menu.
5. Select Add.
6. Use the numbered keypad to type in
the names and numbers of
your contacts.
Prepare handset
Power Up:
1. Insert batteries.
2. Place handset in charging cradle.
3. Plug into power outlet.
4. Charge overnight for best results.
Select your
language
1. Use the arrow
keys to select
your language.
2. Press Select to
confirm.
For ADSL customers only
If you have NBN, you can skip the step below and go to step 3
The T-Voice 503 wirelessly links to a compatible Telstra ADSL Gateway to make and
receive calls. Connect the PSTN cable as highlighted below.
For additional handsets & other devices
You can also connect additional devices such as fax machines or other phones.

If you have back to base alarms or are a Priority Alert customer, it is recommended that you contact Telstra
on 132 200 to arrange for a Telstra Technician to set up your phone service. Additional technician callout
charges may apply.
Link handset to
Telstra Gateway
1. On powering up your handset
for the first time you will need
to select your language. The
handset will then display
“Unregistered”.
Select REGISTER
on the menu key .
2. Press the PAIR
button on the
Telstra Gateway
for 5 seconds
and release. The
PAIR light on the
gateway will start
flashing.
The handset
will display
“Registering”
3. If the handset
keeps searching,
repeat step 2.
4. The handset will
display “Registered”
once registration is
complete. You are
now ready to make
and receive calls.
