To store a number in the Phonebook from the redial list
1. Locate the number from the redial list.
. Press
and hold
the
button until a flashing cursor appears on the display
3. You may now enter the desired name or reference for that number.
4. Press the
button once to store the entry. Press
to exit.
Speed dial memory
The Telstra A60 is equipped with 10 speed dial memory keys (0-9). Follow the
instructions below to store a number into the speed dial bank.
1. Press
and hold
the
button until the display shows - - >
. You can now enter the desired telephone number. There is a limit of 18 digits
and If you use a Pause in your number this is counted as one digit.
If your phone is connected to a PABX, you may need to insert a PAUSE
after the PABX access code. To do this, press the
button.
3. Press the
button once again, and ‘- - >’ will appear on the display.
4. Press a numbered key from 0-9 to select a speed dial location until the display
shows
SAVE OK
. Press the button
twice
to save and return to standby mode.
5. To delete a speed dial entry, a new number needs to be entered in each
location to cover the old one.
To make a call using speed dial
Press
and hold
the desired numbered button from 0-9 until the display shows
the stored number. Lift the handset or press the
button. The number will be
dialled.
