RECOVERING A MESSAGE 
THAT YOU HAVE DELETED

If you delete a message, and then decide you require the 
message after all, it is possible -- within 1 to 365 days, as 
defined by the system administrator -- to recover it.

To recover a deleted message

Enter your mailbox and select 

[7]

, the undelete mes-

sages option, from the MAILBOX Menu; emaGEN 
announces how many messages have been success-
fully recovered, and you may listen to them by selecting 
the OTHER MESSAGES option from the MAILBOX 
MENU.

NOTE

If the undelete messages option does not appear 
in the menu, this is because there are no deleted 
messages in your mailbox that are capable of 
being restored.

REPLYING TO A MESSAGE

You can immediately reply to a message as soon as you 
finish listening to it. 

To reply to a message you have just listened to

1. From the LISTEN Menu, press 

[4]
