Category Name
You should change the category name to one you want to appear in the category list (e.g. Customers).
Usage Authority
You may change the ‘Usage Authority’ to reflect who you want to have access to the category. Note
that you may only change this to the level of your own category maintenance authority within
Telex/Fax/400.
Refresh Policy
All categories in your category list are, by default, cached on your local disk. Depending on how often
they are likely to be updated, and how long they take to refresh from their source, you may wish to
modify the refresh policy for the category. Available options are:
Manual
You will need to manually select ‘Refresh’ from the Category Menu.
Prompt
You will be prompted if the cached data is suspected to be out of date.
Always
Caching will be disabled for this category.
