Clock Logic Diagram
: For selecting reference clocks including SSC and SRIS.
Installation of PCIe Card Adapters
Follow the procedure below for installing PCIe card adapters:
1.
Remove the large thumbscrews attached to the base and then position the lower bracket.
2.
Screw in lower bracket using 4 large thumbscrews.
3.
Install a device DUT card into the DUT slot on the Summit Gen4 Test Platform. There is no difference among the Host and the DUT
slots in terms of connectivity but DUT slot is intended for a DUT acting as a PCIe device.
4.
Install a root complex DUT card into the Host slot on the Summit Gen4 Test Platform. There is no difference among the Host and
the DUT slots in terms of connectivity but Host slot is intended for a DUT acting as PCIe root complex.
5.
Secure the both the DUT board and the root complex card with small thumbscrews to attach them to the lower bracket.
6.
Install the AC Power Cable.
