Pick up the handset and press the “ON” key. The “ON” LED will illuminate.
2)
Listen for dial tone, then dial the desired number using base keypad.
3)
To end the call, place the handset on the base cradle or press the “OFF” key.
Note: Calls can only be made or received through either the handset or base. If the hand-
set is already in use, pressing the “SPEAKERPHONE” key will not activate the speaker-
phone. To use the speakerphone, make sure the handset is not turned on or that the handset
is resting on the base cradle. Lifting the handset or pressing the “ON” key will cause the
call to be diverted from the base to the handset.

The “FLASH” key is dedicated to perform a timed loop break while the speakerphone is in
use. Flashes can be stored in memory dial sequences. There are three flash programming
keys (recessed) to select different flash times.

Redial is active when the “FLASH” key is pressed. The numbers that have been dialed
while using the phone will be redialed when the “REDIAL” button is pressed after pressing
the “FLASH” key.
