TIPS 

If the install window does not appear go to the Join Me folder in My Computer, 
then double click on “Autorun.exe” (application type).   

 

 

 

Follow the prompts to install the software while leaving the handset connected 
to your computer. 
When the software has been installed, allow time for the USB connection 
drivers to be installed, you may need to remove and re-insert your device.
