Schedule a Test Session
NOTES :

These steps must be completed prior to granting connectivity between the
Provider Access Software and the Teladoc Health TV for clinical use.
l
It may take up to a day to receive a response for the request for test.
l
Before scheduling the test session, make sure all areas where the Teladoc
Health TV is are to be used are available at the time of the test.
1.
Email SystemTest-ITH@teladoc.com for Performance Verification of the
Teladoc Health TV installation.
2.
You will receive an email from Teladoc Health Technical Service to complete
setup and to schedule a test session within one business day.
Powering Off the Teladoc Health TV
There is no need to power OFF the Teladoc Health TV if simply turning off the display.
