Adding Location

Information for the

Connection Dialog Box

To help you identify the location of speci

fi

c mainframes, you can add location

details to each mainframe in the System Properties dialog box:

1.

Connect to your logic analyzer.

2.

From the System menu, select

System Properties

. The System Properties

dialog box appears. (See Figure 36.)

The location details of the mainframe are displayed in the Connection dialog
box.

TLA7012 Server Control

The portable mainframe has its own server that must be started if you want to see
the instrument listed on the network. The server control is turned off by default.
To change the server control so that the instrument starts the server when you turn
on the instrument, complete the following steps:
