Perform a C-V test on an nMOSFET
1. In the project tree, select

. This test is located
under the
4terminal-n-fet
device.
The Con

gure pane, on the next page, is where you de
fi
ne the
test. In the test shown, the device is connected to the CVH1
and the CVL1 terminals of the 4210-CVU.
Note that the device used for this test has source, drain, and
bulk connected through the drain lead of the device.
