8. TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS 

 
The following tips are general troubleshooting procedures: 
1.

 

Check that the TR-824 RAID Card is seated evenly all the way into the PCI slot. 

2.

 

Check that the PCI expansion slot is 5V and compliant with PCI 2.3 or previous version and supports 
Bus Mastering. 

3.

 

Check that TR-824 Raid Card is detected during booting by looking for the BIOS message from the 
screen. If it is not detected, try to move to another free PCI slot. 

4.

 

Check all ATA cables and power cables are connected properly. 

5.
