USE
Preparation
If your ice cream preparation contains a high proportion of sugar, fats or alcohol, it may require more time to freeze or
may even not stiffen.
Your mix should be chilled before use.
The cooler the preparation is, the faster and more satisfying would be the result. For recipes which requires warmed up
food, be sure to let it cool down before use.
Ice cream realization
Place ICE CREAM ROLLS
upside down
in the freezer, on a flat area for performing results.
Freeze it for 24 hours before use.
Pour a thin layer of mixture onto the surface of your ICE CREAM ROLLS so that it is completely covered.
As soon as the mixture begin to freeze, mix and blend with the provided tools.
Customize your ice cream by adding your favorite toppings (cookies, fruits, candies, …)
Your ice cream is ready when mixture hardened and thickened, around 3min.
Conservation
Ice creams and sorbets taste best when freshly made, and will loose their texture and fresh flavour if kept too long.
Ice creams or sorbets that contain raw or partially cooked eggs should not be given to young children, pregnant women,
the elderly or people who are generally unwell.
Cleaning
Before using for the first time, wash the apppliance to make sure to eliminate any potential residue of manufacture.
Rinse with warm water to clean or with a non-abrasive detergent product.
Never use scouring powders or hard implements to clean the appliance, you could damage the freezing surface.
Dry carefully all parts before tidying it up.
Not dishwasher safe.
