10. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have any problem in installing or using the machine, we recommend that
you first check the following table for possible cause of the problem and
solution before asking for technical support:
PROBLEM CAUSES SOLUTIONS
no sample coin insert sample coin
sensitivity for coin was adjusted too high
adjust the sensitivity, screw the resistance
(turn right)
the coin mech is bad replace the coin mech
the wire of light's control is loose. check the connection of light's control.
the light is bad replace the light.
the lights drive board failure maintain or replace the lights drive board
the circuit of air compressor is blocked check the connection of air compressor
the start capacitor of air compressor is
bad
replace the start capacitor of air compressor
the air compressor is bad replace the air compressor
the circuit of control valve is blocked check the connection of control valve
the control valve is bad. replace the control valve.
the air sac is bad replace the air sac
the circuit of direction potentiometer is
blocked check and connect the circuit of direction
potentiometer
the potentiometer is bad replace the potentiometer
the potentiometer data needs adjustment
adjust the potentiometer data on the setting
interface
the circuit of switch is blocked check and connect the switch
the switch is bad replace the switch
the monitor power line is loose reconnect the monitor power line
the monitor signal cable is not connected connect the monitor signal cable
the main board is bad maintain or replace the main board.
the mointor is bad replace the monitor
the wire of speaker is loose. check the connection of speaker.
the volume is too low. adjust the volume on the setting interface.
the speaker is bad. check and replace the speaker.
no AC110V/220V input check the connection
the fuse is burnt. replace the fuse.
no output voltage of power supply. repair or replace the power supply.
the main board is bad. replace the main board.
