User’s manual

The TPMS device (optional accessory) can be used to check the proper opera-

tion of pressure sensor.

WARNING

Remove the old weights from the rim before starting work operations.

9.3. BEAD BREAKING

WARNING

Before bead breaking operation, completely close the turntable (locking wedges

towards the centre) (A, Fig.14), keeping your hands away from moving parts.

- Press pedal

and bring it into completely

lowered configuration. In this configuration, the jaws

are completely closed. (Fig. 14).

- Remove the internal valve to fully deflate the tyre

(Fig. 14b).

- Adjust the rim rest depending on wheel diameter

-Adjust the inclination of the blade according to the

wheel width by means of the pin in order to obtain a

better inclination between the blade and the tyre: in

position 1 (fig.15) for low width tyres, in position 2 (fig.

15) for high width tyres

-Place the wheel as shown in fig. 16 and take the blade near the bead, keeping the necessary

safety distance between the rim and the bead breaker blade, so that the latter works on the

tyre and not on the rim.
