The “Automatic Start Kit” enable to connect directly the switching on / off of the unit to the opening /
closing of the door. The kit is an optional to be ordered extra
AUTOMATIC START KIT FOR AIR CURTAINS
Make sure that in no way can it come into contact with rain, or suck up water because these factors
could cause short circuits. The fixing of the barrier to the masonry through the holes made on the back
is mandatory. It remains the installer’s responsibility to choose the most suitable type of fixing for the
type of masonry on which the barrier will be applied.
As indicated in the image of “basic installation principles”, install the air curtain at a height not
exceeding 25cm above the door; do not obstruct with drapes or panels.
Each machine is sold complete with power plug and remote control.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
IMPORTANT!
The installation of the air curtains must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with
the CEI 64.8 standard. (Electrical connection), and according to this manual.
The Tecnosystemi air curtains can be installed above the door, at a minimum height of 1.8 meters
from the ground, and it must also be positioned so that the opening of the barrier itself is cente-
red with the entrance opening. The barrier must never be installed outside the door or in a place
exposed to the elements (rain, wind, ...).
Connect the sensor fitted with the cable to the air curtain (FIG. 1 PAGE 8) by means of a jack and fix
the magnetic sensor A to the door case or in any case to a solid point with the frame of the window
frame, fix the second sensor to the moving part of the fixture leaving a maximum space between the
two sensors of about 2 cm.
The use of the “automatic start-up kit” totally excludes the possibility of using the barrier with
the remote control.
IMPORTANT!
Before carrying out the installation of this device, make sure that the barrier is disconnected
from the mains.
