The nailer needs to be cleaned after approximately 1000
shooting operations.

Begin the cleaning process by removing the front part of the
gun by pressing the muzzle of the barrel (1) downwards and
trigger lever (38) upwards following the markings indicated.

Once the barrel has been removed, unscrew the muzzle (1)
from the barrel.(17).

Clean all parts of the exterior of the barrel
(17) with the metal brush (A), and the
interior of the barrel (1) and the muzzle
with  the plastic brushes (B) and (C).

Control the condition of the piston (15) and
shock absorber (14).

A spare piston(15) can be found inside the nailer box. A damaged or worn out piston (see photographs) must be replaced.
There is also a spare shock absorber ring (14) inside the nailer box. This part must also be substituted if it is worn out.as seen in
the photograph. The white side of the shock absorber is placed towards the part of the piston which strikes the nails.
