Warranty
1. Do not use at high volume for prolonged periods as this could
shorten the life of this product or impair your hearing.
2. When encountering any fault during operation, please turn off the
power supply and disconnect the USB cable to prevent possible
damage to the speaker or other components.
3. The Bluetooth transmission range or connectivity could be affected
by low battery power.
In the event of low battery power, please recharge immediately.
1. Turn on NFC function of phone or tablet PC;
2. The mobile phone or tablet PC is touched NFC induction zone of
sound box for approximately 2 seconds in order to make NFC
induce signal;
3. After being induced, NFC will arouse sound box to pair Bluetooth of
phone or tablet PC automatically.
4. When Bluetooth is awakened, connection is automatically actuated
[it will enter media player by itself and play MP3 which has been
saved in phone or tablet PC]

Problem

Solution
1. Check whether the speaker is still in the process of
searching or switch it off and then back on.
2. There are too many Bluetooth devices in the
proximity that cause difficulty in connection. Please
turn the other devices off.
1. Check the volume of the Bluetooth device and then
adjust it to a comfortable level.
2. Recharge the battery
1. This suggests the battery power is low. Recharge
the battery.
2. Turn the speaker off then back on.
Check whether the speaker’s effective transmission
range is exceeded or if there is an obstacle between
the speaker and other Bluetooth devices.
