Description of the equipment
Control panel (A)
: controls all available functions, from setting up workout
programmes to viewing messages and related workout information. It also
permits control of audio and video contents with USB and iPod devices and
with compatible audio/video equipment (e.g. headphones).
Please see the control panel's manual to see how it works.
TGS input (B):
for the TGS or mywellness key (optional).
Side hand grips (C)
: for stability when getting on and off the equipment
or if the user loses his/her balance.
Hand sensor (D)
: the metal plate sensors permit constant heart rate
monitoring.
Fast Track Control (E):
they allow users to change the effort level of the
exercise without removing their hands from the levers, ensuring a correct
and safe posture.
Stop button (F)
: present on the right handgrip, it allows you to stop
movement without taking your hands off the levers.
Footrests (G)
: you can take a short rest by moving your feet onto the
footrests, in the event of fatigue or danger.
Bottle holder (H)
: for standing the water bottle on during the workout.
Reading stand (L)
: for standing magazines or books on.
