c) Starting in low temperature conditions
In low temperatures conditions can make starting adding oil into the cylinder as shown in the
pictures:

Start and warm up the engine. Adjust the idle speed with adjustable screw to standard idle
speed : 1500 ± 150 rpm. You must have the engine speed control lever as the following image:
