TROUBLE SHOOTING
The following table provides solutions for problems you may encounter
as you use your Technivorm Moccamaster. If you do not find a solution
to your specific problem, or the problem persists after trouble shooting,
please contact your retailer or Technivorm Moccamaster Customer Ser-
vice at 1.855.662.2200.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
* NOTE: Clogging and backing up of water and/or coffee in the brew-basket can occur
under any, or a combination of any, of the following conditions: the use of too finely
ground coffee, using two or more paper filters or not properly cleaning oils or grounds
from the brew-basket, or allowing coffee grounds to spill over the filter.
Brewer not working;

Fill the reservoir with cold water
Check to ensure brewer is plugged
into socket

Rinse the brew-basket assuring the tiny
hole in the bottom is free of obstructions.
Use the provided brush or tooth pick to
remove obstruction.
Use 2 level scoops of coffee when brewing a
10 oz. cup (water up to the level indicated on
the water reservoir)
Please use standard filter grind coffee.
