• Measure resistance of primary and
secondary winding of transformer.

• Indoor PCB Ass'y is defective.

• Measure resistance of indoor and
outdoor fan motor winding.
(FM)
• Measure resistance of compressor
motor winding. (CM)
OK
If fuse has been blown,
OK
• Try to run with another remote
control unit.
First remote control unit is defective.
• Check for residue buildup on
transmitter of remote control unit.
• Check for residue buildup on remote
control receiver on front of indoor
unit.
Clean transmitter.
Clean receiver.
• Replace the fuse.
