Spare parts must be ordered from the corresponding manufacturer or from its
nearest representative:
Š Balance Kit: From Tecan. Addresses see section 8 “Customer Support”, 8-1
Š Parts and accessories for the SAG 285/01: Directly from Mettler Toledo.
Š USB to Serial Converters: From manufacturer or specialized distributor.
Note: This chapter only contains parts that can be replaced by the operator him/
herself. If you want to order Tecan parts that are not listed here, please contact
the Tecan Customer Support.
