6.11  Replacing the Platen Roller Ass’y 

Receipt Side 

1) 

Push the Release Button and fully open the Receipt Cover. 

 

 

 
 
2) 

Remove the two screws which secure the Platen Roller Ass’y, then remove the Platen Roller Ass’y. 

 
 

 

 
 
3) 

Replace the Platen Roller Ass’y with a new one, and then reassemble in the reverse order of removal.
