TROUBLESHOOTING
When certain issues are detected, error messages are displayed on the LCD screen. Refer to the table below for more
information.
NOTE: different types of defects can cause the same error message, we cannot guarantee that the charger’s indications
and the proposed solutions are always appropriate.
ON SCREEN MESSAGE MEANING / SOLUTION
POWER SUPPLY HIGH VOLTAGE
Input voltage too high. Check external power supply voltage.
Integrated power supply defective
POWER SUPPLY LOW VOLTAGE
Input voltage too low. Check external power supply voltage.
Integrated power supply defective
NO BATTERY CONNECTED Check battery and connections
BATTERY CELL ERROR Check battery and cell number setting
BATTERY POLARITY INVERSION Check battery connections and polarity
DEFECTIVE BATTERY Defective battery, cell unbalance 0.5V or more
BALANCE ERROR
No balancing connector detected or balancing polarity/connection problem
BATTERY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH Battery voltage higher than safety threshold. Check battery and/or settings
BATTERY VOLTAGE TOO LOW Battery voltage lower than safety threshold. Check battery and/or settings
CHECK BATTERY CONNECTION Check battery and connections
BATTERY TYPE ERROR
NiMH/NiCd battery type selected but a LiPo/LiFe battery with balancing
connector is connected to the charger. Check battery and/or settings
