booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm width x 210 mm height). When folding,
make sure you keep the good numbering when you turn the pages

Setting the clock
When the microwave oven is put into operation for the first time or when the power supply has
been interrupted, the display shows "
:
" and the clock time has to be set.
1.
Keep the preset/clock/defrost key (14) pressed for 3 seconds. The hours will be flashing.
2.
Turn the rotary knob (12) clockwise or anticlockwise to increase or decrease the hours.
3.
Press the preset/clock/defrost key. The last digits, indicating the minutes, will start flashing.
4.
Turn the rotary knob clockwise or anticlockwise to increase or decrease the minutes.
5.
Press the preset/clock/defrost button to confirm your settings.
6.
If no button is pressed or turned for 2 seconds, the setting ends automatically.
OPERATION
General operating guidelines
Put the food into the appliance and close the door. Choose the cooking function as described
below and start the appliance. When the cooking time has elapsed, the appliance switches
off automatically. “End” appears on the display and the appliance emits 3 short beeps. These
beeps will sound every minute until you open the oven door or press a key to end the cooking.
If the appliance is not switched on within approximately 2 minutes after the programme and
time setting, a beep will sound and the appliance will return to the initial position (time
indication).
The maximum cooking time for manual cooking, grilling or combination cooking is 60 minutes.
The cooking can be interrupted at all times by pressing the pause/cancel key (16) once. If you
press the key twice, the cooking time and the chosen programme are cancelled.
By opening the door (for instance to turn the food) you can interrupt the cooking for a short
time.
When the cooking is interrupted temporarily, the clock shows the remaining cooking time.
Close the door of the microwave oven to continue cooking (if the door has been opened)
and press the start key.
Quick start
When using the quick start programme, the cooking programme is started in microwave mode
on the highest energy level and it ends automatically when the set minutes have elapsed.

Press the start key once to switch on the quick start programme for one minute. Press the
start key to set the cooking time.
2.
When pressing the start key for the first time, the cooking programme is started in
microwave mode on the highest energy level.
3.
The display shows the remaining time.
Manual cooking – choosing the microwave power level
1.
Press the Micro Power/Grill/Combi key (13) several times to choose the desired
microwave power level. The different power levels are shown in the following table.
There are 5 microwave power levels, one grill function and two combination cooking
programmes.
